“Rather than telling you exactly what services I do or do not provide, I like to start by asking: what challenges are you facing and how might I help? I prioritize listening — then, together, we can create a plan that works for everyone.”
Caroline Ryskiewich, MA, CCM has worked with older adults and their families for over a decade in roles ranging from “Director of Engaged Life” to “Health Services Navigator”. As a Certified Geriatric Care Manager, she works with clients in the Triangle and surrounding areas. She’s an Alzheimer’s Foundation Certified Dementia Care Partner and a TimeSlips Certified Facilitator, too.
But more importantly than any big role or fancy title: Caroline just loves building relationships with older adults. It’s kind of her thing.
In addition to Care Management and Creative Companionship, Caroline also offers:
Care Circle Consultations: Caroline will sit down with the family, friends, and loved ones of a person recently diagnosed with dementia to hear concerns, give advice, answer questions, and consult on care.
Community Trainings: Caroline will speak to your organization, company, congregation, neighborhood, civic club, etc. about dementia and care partnership.
